Ron has over 20 years of management and marketing experience in insurance/financial industry. Positions prior to founding Gant Group in 1987 include: Group and Pension Representative and Southwest Regional Manager for Health Division at insurance companies, and Owner-Agent of a an insurance agency that specialized in Commercial Business Insurance.

Ron has completed courses to become a Registered Health Underwriter and is a Financial Consultant as well as being a member of various professional organizations. His education includes advanced training in marketing, risk management, employee benefits and financial analysis with ongoing continued education.

FORMAL EDUCATION: Graduate of The University of Texas at Arlington with a BBA degree, double major in Finance and Management.
